Holy moley...I ordered the Teres Major Australian Wagyu beef. For those who don't feel like googling that right now (like I has to do!) the Teres Major is a connective shoulder muscle who's tenderness is second only to Filet Mignon. It's preparation was perfect, as was my wife's petite filet. I mean when I say perfect, I mean top 3 steaks of my life.

I love this place simply for the outside seating and how perfect it is for brunch. The food was really really great, and their Chef Dave is a GEM. They even made me tuna tar tar for brunch as a specialty.

Craft cocktails are organized by spirit and given cheeky names (the “PS, It’s a Champagne Cocktail” features Bloom gin, Maraschino, and sparkling rose); or you can order “Out of the Orb”—the giant glass orbs dangling behind the bar that contain the bar’s most popular spirits.
